Meteor Activity Outlook for 14-20 May 2022
During this period, the moon reaches its full phase on Monday May 16th. At that time the moon is located opposite the sun in the sky and lies above the horizon all night long. As the week progresses, the moon sets approximately 45 minutes later each night, allowing dark skies to persist between dusk and moon rise. Unfortunately, this is the slowest time of the night to watch meteor activity so rates will be low.
